Cost of Capturing CO2 Drops 67% for Next Carbon Capture Plant

The cost of capturing CO2 drops by 67% for the next carbon capture plant according to a recent study by the International CCS Knowledge Centre. “We always expected some cost savings for the next generation capture plant, but saving two-thirds of the cost certainly exceeded our expectations,” says Mr. Mike Monea, President and CEO of the Knowledge Centre and inaugural Distinguished Guest Lecturer of the Peter Cook Centre.
